Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

We provide both untracked and tracked shipping options for shipping within Canada and the US. We leave it up the customer to decide which shipping method best fits their needs. Untracked shipping is an affordable option however, it is possible for your package to get lost during transit. Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost packages after it has been shipped out.

Shipping times for untracked shipping:

  • Canada - 3-8 business days

  • United States - 3-8 business days

Packages shipped to countries outside of Canada and the US are tracked and an estimated time of delivery will be provided. We are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred upon arrival of your package.

Important note about COVID-19: Due to COVID-19, there have been many delays with shipping times ranging from 3 business days to 1 month and we thank you in advance for being so patient.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
